I found the company info on an av forum board. I called one day and talked to an extremely nice lady named Cindy and she recommended a dvd player for me and I ordered it later that night. It was delivered in just a couple of days. I'm so happy I found this company.

Well, it's been decades since I experienced this level of customer service. Thanks for restoring my faith! I couldn't find an inexpensive DVD player at Walmart or on Amazon with good reviews, and somehow I stumbled onto 220 Electronics website, and it felt good. I ordered a $45 unit, got it quickly, and it broke within six weeks of light use. Much like the reviews at other sites say about cheap DVD players. The warranty material said I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer at my own cost, so I called 220 Electronics to ask about options. I told the guy what features we wanted, one of them being specific (not having it wifi enabled), and I told him I'd be willing to upgrade for something that would last. He recommended a Panasonic model that was a bit more expensive but within our budget. He took time to answer all my questions. Then he told me to throw out the broken one, and he gave me credit towards the new one. Then he sent it so it arrived two days later! This level of service is something I have not seen in many years. I was expecting the runaround, if I even got a human being to talk with. I highly recommend 220 Electronics, and I urge you to call and talk with them before buying something, just to make sure you get what you really want and get something good. They really know their stuff, and their customer service is amazing.

I was so happy to find a retailer who sold all regions blu ray players. Soon after purchasing it with my credit card they emailed me the sales receipt with tracking information. A few days later it’s delivered and well packed. I can now watch and listen to ALL my library. I couldn’t be any happier with 220-electronics. I’m a returning customer for sure.

Absolute pros from start to finish. I ordered a Panasonic blu-ray player in 110/120v. A guy calls me and says unfortuantely, we're out of stock, but they upgraded me for free to the 110-240V. It gets here and I had an issue getting it to render properly - wasn't even their fault. Bad cable, they helped me through it and the region free device works like a champ. I'm into languages and can watch my Norwegian, Spanish, and Mandarin movies all without an issue. Can't recommend them enough.

I purchased an all-region Sony Bluray from 220 at a good price and was able to apply a discount code. Then received a note from 220 saying that the model I purchased was no longer available and offering other Bluray units. I chose another model and asked if the discount could still be applied. 220 said no problem and even took another $10 off for the trouble. It is hard to find great customer service like this any more and 220 clearly knows that the way to build loyalty is to provide genuinely helpful service to its customers. Also unit does work with non-region DVDs.

Nick Shah provided customer service that was kind, patient, and helpful. I have owned a region and zone free player for over 6 years and have played discs in various formats from England, France, Italy, and Australia with no problems. I purchased a blu ray disc from England recently that would not play, I spent days trying the seller’s various solutions and several more days trying various online solutions. Nothing worked. Nick in a matter of minutes walked my wife and I through a solution. I highly recommend this company, they know and understand this business better than anybody else. You are not just purchasing an electronic device from them you are getting impeccable customer service.
